Associate Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct manufacturing operations for assigned production lines to ensure volume, quality, and cost goals are met.
• Manage the production of several processes in a highly technical environment, ensuring line success.
• Evaluate plant operating performance and advise on changes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Guide a team of professionals to meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
• Troubleshoot operational problems and coach operators to improve performance and capability.
• Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and material supply.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Participate in process development, cost improvement projects, and department budget planning.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor with strong leadership skills.
• Experience working within an electronic manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of production control systems, including serials, flows, and traceability.
• Familiarity with electronics specifications and industry standards.
• Experience using Floor shop systems and assembly processes (End to End).
• Proficiency with BAAN or SAP systems.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret MPI.
• Availability to work flexible hours.
