Associate, Production Planning

Responsibilities

• Plan components to support manufacturing schedules and maintain MMAS compliance using Oracle ERP
• Track raw materials and finished parts through assembly, shop areas, and final customer shipments
• Identify and communicate potential scheduling impacts and collaborate with teams to develop solutions
• Monitor procurement activities to ensure conformance to established production schedules
• Support program production teams including manufacturing, quality, and operations to ensure on-time delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of related experience, OR a Graduate Degree with 0-2 years of experience, OR 6 years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience in Production Scheduling or Capacity Planning (or a demonstrated willingness to learn)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work across cross-functional and cross-site teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Oracle
