Associate Product Strategy GTM

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing GTM strategies for new web, data, and GenAI products, including market segmentation and competitive analysis
• Contribute to value proposition development and messaging frameworks for target customers
• Support the evaluation of pricing strategies and business models
• Coordinate cross-functional planning and execution of product launches to ensure team alignment
• Manage GTM timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Create sales enablement tools and training materials
• Collaborate with marketing on the development of marketing collateral
• Support migration strategies from legacy websites to new platforms
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for GTM initiatives and report on effectiveness
• Analyze launch performance and support iterative optimizations

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in go-to-market, product strategy, or a related commercial role
• Experience supporting product launches, preferably within finance or technology environments
• Understanding of financial services solutions, customer consumption patterns, and monetization strategies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and customer insights
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and ambiguous environment
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a strong bias for action
• Adept at using GenAI tools in go-to-market-related work
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or an equivalent field
