Associate, Product Strategy & Development

Responsibilities

• Structure and model CLOs, asset-backed warehouse/term facilities, and securitized fund structures
• Perform advanced cash flow modeling of underlying portfolios, integrating asset returns, loss/gain cases, and stress analysis
• Analyze fee and cost economics, including layered fees and their impact on investor returns
• Draft term sheets detailing economic terms, waterfall provisions, and fee structures
• Prepare technical, data-driven marketing materials, pitch decks, and investor Q&A
• Present new bespoke products at New Product Committees, detailing economic structures and scenario modeling
• Advise portfolio teams and institutional clients on structure mechanics and expected net yields

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in structured credit, CLO/ABS structuring, capital solutions, or Investment Banking/M&A
• Proficiency in portfolio cash flow modeling using Excel, Intex, or similar tools
• Strong analytical skills regarding layered fee structures and net investor economics
• Experience drafting term sheets and technical marketing materials for institutional investors
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field
• Ability to support complex transactions across multiple jurisdictions
