About the role

Responsibilities

  • Launch new product features by owning go-to-market plans, defining success criteria, and tracking adoption.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, solution architecture, and commercial teams in a global matrixed organization.
  • Translate merchant and acquirer pain points into actionable product insights and advocate for customer-centric solutions.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and OKRs, such as approval rates and tokenization penetration.
  • Leverage AI tools to automate data analysis, synthesize customer feedback, and enhance team productivity.
  • Take end-to-end lifecycle responsibility for product capabilities, including requirement definition and backlog prioritization.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate or Master's student graduating between July 2026 and February 2027.
  • Ability to start the program on 1 February 2027.
  • Evidence of building with AI (e.g., personal projects, hackathons, tools, or workflow automations).
  • Full legal working rights in Australia (Citizens or Permanent Residents only).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interrogate datasets and spot patterns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated interest in payments, fintech, digital commerce, or platform technology.
