Responsibilities
- Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
- Maintain the program plan of record and ensure data availability
- Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies proactively
- Support cross-functional coordination across design, engineering, marketing, and operations
- Help define and document product requirements, user stories, and feature briefs
- Assist with research, competitive analysis, and synthesis of findings
- Coordinate launches and track milestones to ensure on-time delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 0–2 years of experience in a program, product, or engineering role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in building Gantt charts and project management tools
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound judgments with incomplete information
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading projects in new or unfamiliar domains
- Proven resourcefulness and proactive problem-solving mindset
