Associate Product & Programs Engineer

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
• Maintain the program plan of record and ensure data availability
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies proactively
• Support cross-functional coordination across design, engineering, marketing, and operations
• Help define and document product requirements, user stories, and feature briefs
• Assist with research, competitive analysis, and synthesis of findings
• Coordinate launches and track milestones to ensure on-time delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 0–2 years of experience in a program, product, or engineering role
• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in building Gantt charts and project management tools
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound judgments with incomplete information

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading projects in new or unfamiliar domains
• Proven resourcefulness and proactive problem-solving mindset
