Associate Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to translate needs and challenges into viable product requirements and features
• Create and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and prioritized product backlog
• Drive product execution by collaborating with solution architects, developers, and designers
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment on product direction and status
• Plan and execute updates and future releases using a data-driven, agile approach
• Lead the user acceptance testing (UAT) process and oversee all stages of product development
• Develop and monitor measurable product KPIs aligned with business goals and user objectives
• Write effective user stories and participate in scrum meetings and product sprints

Requirements

• Master's degree in business, computer science, or a related field with 5 years of product management experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Proficiency in Agile planning and tracking tools, specifically Azure DevOps
• Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle and developing product strategies
• Strong data analytics skills to measure client satisfaction, team velocity, and product metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience influencing stakeholders in multicultural environments
• Ability to work within a global delivery model and manage complex stakeholder relationships
