Associate, Product Marketing (LTC)

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of annual brand plans and marketing strategies for the Long-Term Care (LTC) ecosystem.
• Assist in developing, reviewing, and maintaining marketing materials and promotional assets.
• Ensure all promotional content meets regulatory, legal, and corporate compliance standards.
• Prepare routine analytics, track KPIs, and assist with sales data analysis and market trend reporting.
• Support omnichannel initiatives, including personal and non-personal promotion (NPP) campaigns.
• Assist with conference and convention logistics, including materials preparation and delivery.
• Support new product launches through the development of promotional materials and field tools.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of pharmaceutical or biotech marketing experience (internships or relevant projects considered).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Foundational understanding of FDA regulations and pharmaceutical marketing compliance.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
