Associate Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to drive execution on key product areas
• Break down complex problems, write clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), and own specific features end-to-end
• Analyze customer feedback, product usage data, and market trends to inform product direction
• Support Go-To-Market (GTM) efforts, including product demos, feedback loops, and early-stage implementations
• Continuously research and learn about GenAI, Voice AI, and enterprise SaaS workflows

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, Consulting, or a similar field
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply structured thinking to ambiguous problems
• High ownership mindset with a willingness to go beyond a defined scope to ensure success
• Fast learner with a deep curiosity regarding AI technologies
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
