Associate Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the product design and development process from ideation to launch
• Collaborate with clients, product leaders, and engineers to conceptualize and ship products
• Create product requirements and designs that align with customer needs
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform product decisions
• Identify opportunities for innovation and present product ideas to stakeholders
• Interact with clients to understand their problems and provide solutions through product or best practices

Requirements

• 2-3 years of industry experience shipping products
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, design, or a related field
• Proficiency in product thinking, including both process and visual outcomes
• A portfolio or presentation deck showcasing relevant experience designing applications, products, or services
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients
• Strong systems thinking skills and the ability to understand complex systems
• Strong communication and presentation skills
