Associate Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Support and take ownership of product development from discovery to launch
• Define and execute product strategy focusing on user experience and data quality
• Design intuitive, self-service tax experiences for clients
• Own and evolve client tax-relevant data collection and maintenance
• Build tools and workflows to empower internal teams like client success

Requirements

• Interest in taxation, client data, and regulatory processes
• Initial experience in product management, business analysis, or consulting
• Experience in fintech, banking, or complex environments preferred
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences
• Hands-on mentality from ideation to user stories
• Proficiency in English; German is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Figma
