Associate Product Manager - Reliability

Responsibilities

• Partner with reliability engineering teams to build world-class products for internal users
• Work with a broad range of technologies to deliver improvements in SRE, Observability, and Developer Experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into scalable and performant platform services
• Identify and unlock opportunities to optimize system observability and technical resilience
• Use data and analytical insights to communicate critical findings and connect hypotheses to business impact
• Manage and balance competing priorities including cost, reliability, performance, and risk

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in technical product management or similar technical roles (e.g., software engineering, analytics, data science)
• Strong understanding of modern software development, DevOps, and the software development life cycle
• Ability to translate complex technical and platform opportunities into clear business impact for non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to use analytical and customer insights to scope and measure the impact of potential changes
• Experience working cross-functionally and driving culture change across an organization
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence without authority and secure stakeholder buy-in

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working specifically in Platform engineering
• Domain expertise in reliability or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud infrastructure
