Associate Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own specific app features from day one, managing the full product development lifecycle.
• Analyze customer behavior through data analysis and interviews to identify problems to solve.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and business teams to shape and build solutions.
• Drive execution of product plans and measure the direct impact of shipped features.
• Progress through a structured two-year program to transition from an Associate to a full Product Manager.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Econometrics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Math).
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with evidence of taking initiative or building something from scratch.
• Valid EU working permit or citizenship (no visa sponsorship available).
• High level of natural curiosity, empathy for users, and a bias toward action.
