Associate Product Manager, New Grad

Responsibilities

• Advocate for the needs of student, teacher, and parent users to drive product decisions
• Gather requirements and clarify goals for new projects and feature sets
• Produce clear written specifications for feature functionality and user flows
• Collaborate with visual designers to create innovative and clean user interfaces
• Work closely with engineers to align technical designs with product needs
• Manage projects from initial brainstorm through to final launch and beyond

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or a related discipline
• Highly developed analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and spoken communication skills with an emphasis on clarity
• Ability to work cross-functionally to drive projects to completion
• Demonstrated technical ability, such as coursework in programming or web technologies
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in UI/UX design or experience with design thinking principles
• Interest in K-12 education or previous classroom/teaching experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
