Associate Product Manager – LMS

Responsibilities

• Scope, prioritize, deliver, and track change requests from business stakeholders
• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and timely decision making
• Participate in ongoing UATs to ensure smooth delivery and sign-offs
• Triage and resolve stakeholder queries and technical issues by collaborating with LMS team members
• Own root cause fixes with a focus on automation and operational excellence
• Leverage AI tools like Gemini, GitHub Copilot, or Colab for prototyping, BRD creation, and data analysis
• Maintain documentation portals and manage release communications to stakeholders

Requirements

• B.E/B.Tech/MBA or professional course such as CA/CFA
• Working knowledge of Loan Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage
• Experience in Financial Domain, Banking, or Fintech lending preferred
• Basic product knowledge of Retail loans, Term Loans, and Working capital loans
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong communication and management skills
• Ability to provide weekend coverage for emergencies if needed
