Associate Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for Home Appliance Dish products, from definition and planning through production and release.
• Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience and prioritize the implementation of new features.
• Manage new product process inputs including item setup, marketing assets, pricing, and launch materials.
• Conduct weekly forecast analysis of sell-out trends and recommend changes to sales and forecasting teams.
• Develop business plans, product positioning, and pricing/promotion strategies.
• Oversee market research, monitor competitive activity, and identify customer needs through market visits and intelligence gathering.
• Financially model business challenges and propose solutions to product management leadership.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and sales departments to deliver functional solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3 years of experience in high-tech, competitive intelligence, product management, strategic marketing, or management consulting.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
