Associate Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product strategy and vision while tracking success metrics and KPIs
• Create and manage the product value stream
• Provide cross-functional leadership across aerospace functions including Engineering, Quality, Scheduling, and Manufacturing Operations
• Make data-driven decisions to guide product direction and execution
• Manage program relationships with the Integrated Planning Team
• Act as a customer advocate by representing the voice of the customer and addressing escalated issues
• Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and customer research sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience
• Or 4 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively across multiple organizations and stakeholder groups

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with composite manufacturing in the aerospace industry
