Associate Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Work with product leaders, UI designers, and engineers to refine product designs and solidify implementation approaches
• Write and communicate clear product requirements and conduct product reviews
• Partner with engineering teams to identify and clear implementation roadblocks
• Develop domain knowledge in EdTech, digital advertising, and online publishing
• Channel user needs into the product development lifecycle to improve user experience
• Coordinate across functions to share information and provide clarity on project status
• Manage multiple competing priorities and projects effectively

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in a STEM or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in product management
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in statistical analysis and A/B testing
• Proficiency in SQL and/or Looker
• Familiarity with UX principles and a focus on the user journey
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Growth mindset and a proactive, can-do attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in adtech, publishing, or EdTech
• Proficiency in Spanish and/or French
