Associate Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Transform product vision, customer feedback, and business needs into clear requirements, feature briefs, and documentation
• Create wireframes, mockups, and product artifacts using AI-powered tools
• Partner closely with the Founder to translate high-level vision into actionable product plans
• Work daily with engineering teams to clarify requirements and support product delivery
• Participate in customer conversations to identify insights and drive product improvements
• Maintain and refine product documentation as priorities evolve

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Operations, Consulting, or a related field
• Proven experience working with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
• Exceptional written communication skills and high attention to detail
• Strong structured problem-solving skills and product thinking
• High AI fluency, with experience using AI tools daily for research, documentation, or productivity

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or HR Technology
• Experience working in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments
• Experience in Product Operations or Customer Success
