Associate Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications, one-pagers, and user stories
• Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure high-quality product delivery and roadmap hygiene
• Define success metrics, ensure data instrumentation, and analyze post-launch results to measure impact
• Gather and distill user feedback from surveys, interviews, and support tickets to understand user pain points
• Proactively engage with stakeholders across the company to ensure alignment on project execution

Requirements

• BTech/BE from a top engineering school strongly preferred
• 1-3 years of total experience with at least 1 year in Product Management within the fintech industry
• Experience building tools for customer support or customer experience teams
• Proficiency in using Gen AI to increase productivity
• Ability to create no-code prototypes using Lovable or similar software
• Working knowledge of SQL, Excel, and basic understanding of APIs
• Strong structured thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
