Associate Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications, one-pagers, and user stories
• Take end-to-end ownership of a product pod to drive roadmap execution
• Act as the primary Point of Contact for Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams
• Maintain high office visibility to facilitate real-time coordination with cross-functional teams
• Define complex logic for data-heavy requirements such as accounting ledgers and reconciliations
• Provide transparent updates on roadmap progress and manage stakeholder expectations

Requirements

• 1-3 years of total experience with at least 1 year in Product Management
• Experience in the fintech or lending industry
• BTech/BE from a top engineering school preferred
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and basic knowledge of APIs
• Ability to create no-code prototypes using tools like Lovable
• Adept at using Gen AI to increase productivity
• Strong structured thinking and problem-solving skills

• Experience managing complex stakeholders in high-speed environments
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems autonomously
• High technical and data aptitude
