Associate Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Perform data and market analysis to drive product strategy
• Support lifecycle management, including product releases, changes, and phase-outs
• Assist in pricing strategies and the generation of internal marketing notifications
• Support test and validation activities to ensure optimal product functionality
• Act as a liaison to the sales team to provide updates and sales tool support
• Collaborate with engineering and customers to identify and implement product improvements
• Resolve issues and provide relevant recommendations and solutions

Requirements

• High school diploma or B.A. in Agriculture or Business (recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of SAP and SharePoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and time management skills
• Ability to function effectively in a high-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Two years of experience in the dairy industry or product management
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish
