Associate Product Manager (APM) – AI Solutions & Client Engagement

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients to understand business needs, product challenges, and AI aspirations
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify AI integration opportunities using the company platform
• Visualize and articulate AI solution strategies, including use case identification and deployment planning
• Work with engineering, design, and data science teams to translate requirements into actionable features
• Synthesize common requirements across clients to inform the product roadmap and framework enhancements
• Develop and deliver presentations, demos, and workshops regarding AI capabilities
• Monitor AI solution performance post-deployment to ensure client satisfaction
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging AI technologies

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in product management, consulting, or a client-facing technical role
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated ability to visualize and strategize technology solutions
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Proactive, collaborative, and client-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• AI/ML experience
• Experience synthesizing diverse client needs into a cohesive product roadmap
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and product deployment frameworks
