Associate, Product Management and Investor Relations, Credit

Responsibilities

• Provide investor relations support, including fundraising, fund reporting, and investor presentation development
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc portfolio reports for investors in commingled funds and separately managed accounts
• Liaise with Finance, Portfolio Management, Legal, and Compliance teams to respond to investor requests, audit confirmations, and financial data inquiries
• Drive the process for responding to investor questionnaires, due diligence requests, and ad hoc client inquiries
• Create and edit marketing materials for co-investments and funds, ensuring all market and fund-specific data is current
• Maintain quantitative and qualitative key metrics regarding competitors and market trends
• Build and own client materials and prospect marketing assets, updating them on a regular basis

Requirements

• 2-3 years of professional experience
• Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Strong financial accounting and quantitative analysis skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high priority on accuracy and organization
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across all levels of the organization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and meet aggressive deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fixed income or loan/credit environments
