Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and best practices
• Plan and execute campaigns to increase product awareness, adoption, and user engagement
• Analyze user behavior, campaign performance, and growth metrics to generate actionable insights
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding, conversion funnels, and overall user experience
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Marketing teams to launch and optimize growth experiments
• Monitor industry trends, emerging platforms, and successful growth strategies across digital products

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Growth, or a related role
• Hands-on experience building, growing, or marketing a mobile app or web-based product
• Proven experience developing brand presence and driving audience growth on social platforms
• Strong competitor research and market analysis skills
• Ability to interpret data and make growth recommendations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and experimentation
