Associate Product Developer - Skincare

Responsibilities

• Support the development of successful and profitable skincare programs from brainstorm phase through mass production
• Define, develop, and iterate product specifications based on consumer needs and market white space
• Take ownership of category sales performance and recommend new product opportunities
• Lead competitive product analyses to maintain market leadership
• Share insights from legacy product lines to inform new product development
• Partner with Testing and Quality organizations to manage performance testing procedures
• Act as the product expert for cross-functional team members

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in product development, product marketing, marketing, or human factors engineering
• Experience in consumer goods is preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
