Associate Product Developer

Responsibilities

• Support the development and launch of new Ninja products
• Conduct consumer and market research to identify opportunities and trends
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to communicate product priorities
• Provide real-time feedback on product prototypes and build stages
• Plan and execute validation activities across markets
• Develop product support assets including in-box collateral, FAQs, and how-to videos
• Ensure product data accuracy in systems like PARF, PIS, and Salsify
• Help ensure products meet cost targets while delivering on experience
• Maintain clear program documentation for post-launch transitions

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in product development or product marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or Communications
• Consumer-first mindset with a desire to solve real user needs
• Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-moving environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
