Associate Product Developer

Responsibilities

• Support the development of successful and profitable programs for key products from brainstorm phase through mass production
• Define, develop, and iterate product specifications based on consumer needs and market white space
• Take ownership of assigned categories' sales performance and recommend new product opportunities
• Lead competitive product analyses to maintain market leadership
• Act as the voice of legacy product lines to ensure consumer feedback is incorporated into next-generation products
• Partner with Testing and Quality organizations to manage performance testing procedures
• Act as the product expert for cross-functional team members

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in product development, product marketing, marketing, or human factors engineering
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong project management and prioritization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
