Associate Product Developer

Responsibilities

• Act as an internal SME for assigned categories such as Knits and Wovens
• Manage product development for owned, private label, and licensed brands
• Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, planning, design, and technical design
• Recommend new ideas and methods for construction and execution
• Proactively tackle potential raw material, margin, sourcing, and execution issues
• Assist in negotiations, product development, adoption, sourcing, and vendor allocation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in apparel product development
• Strong project management and cross-functional team leadership skills
• Knowledge of apparel manufacturing processes and textile sourcing
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and PLM systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
