Associate Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design projects that directly impact customers’ financial lives
• Apply design thinking methodologies to solve user and business problems
• Collaborate with product, engineering, brand, and marketing partners to ship useful and beautiful experiences
• Bring designs to life through high-quality visual work, motion design, and attention to micro-interactions
• Support research initiatives by contributing to planning, synthesizing insights, and applying findings to designs
• Uphold and apply the company design system and visual language across platforms

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in product design (internships, freelance, or academic projects included)
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both product thinking and visual craft
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools including Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Graphic design and motion design skills
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools that can be leveraged by designers
• A builder’s mindset with the ability to drive work forward in ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on marketing assets or brand-related design
• Passion for financial inclusion and helping customers build credit
