Associate Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Create innovative, user-focused and consumer-centric toy concepts and play experiences for preschool products
• Support the design and development process from early concept through final production-ready execution
• Generate new ideas through research, trend review, brainstorming, and sketch exploration
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, vendors, QA, sculptors, and model makers
• Present design ideas clearly through sketches, mock-ups, and digital visuals
• Refine products to ensure they are safe, functional, manufacturable, and cost effective
• Manage timelines and priorities effectively across multiple projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design or a related discipline
• 1–3 years of relevant design experience, preferably in toys or consumer products
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D design software
• Knowledge of SolidWorks or zBrush is a plus
• Strong sketching and visual communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Willingness to travel occasionally to the China office

• Experience with preschool product categories
• Experience in a fast-paced consumer product environment
