Associate Product Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of client implementations by assisting with requirement analysis, solution configuration, and data-related implementation activities
• Work with sales teams to gather client requirements and document solution approaches
• Collaborate with product teams to understand product roadmaps, features, and capabilities
• Configure and customize solution components based on client needs
• Assist clients in building interfaces and performing data mapping for data solutions
• Contribute to product and knowledge base improvements, including documentation and feedback
• Participate in project activities and support delivery milestones across client engagements
• Travel to client sites when required to support implementation activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts and hands-on experience using AI tools
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into structured solutions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders
• Foundational understanding of finance, data, or technology environments
