About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor production schedules
- Support teams through rapid iteration cycles from prototype to launch
- Define and manage priorities within multidisciplinary teams
- Analyze production KPIs (retention, engagement, monetization) to guide product evolution
- Monitor game design and asset implementation and provide regular reporting
- Facilitate communication between studio teams (User Acquisition and Publishing)
- Manage debug phases and perform functional testing
- Handle team logistics issues
Requirements
- Significant experience in project management
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
- Experience shipping at least one game (Console, PC, or Mobile)
- Good understanding of various roles involved in video game development
- Ability to analyze performance data to drive production decisions
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
