Associate Producer

Responsibilities

• Support daily production for news shows by collaborating with producers, reporters, and the assignment desk
• Work on daily show rundowns and the development of supers, banners, and graphics
• Research information and materials necessary for high-quality production
• Coordinate with the control room and art department to ensure flawless on-air execution
• Assist with interviews and remote productions in coordination with reporters
• Travel as required for news coverage

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Communications or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of experience in News and control room environments
• Strong news judgment and research skills
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and oral)
• Excellent Spanish grammar skills
