Associate Producer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily scrums, sprint planning, retrospectives, and project meetings
• Work with feature and project leads to maintain the project schedule and backlog
• Collaborate with external development partners and publishers to align on quality standards and working practices
• Liaise with the Dev QA team to prioritize and distribute issues to the development team
• Assist the Senior Producer in communicating project progress and quality to key stakeholders
• Motivate the team and support them in achieving the project's goals and vision

Requirements

• A couple of years of game development experience in a production or project management role
• Solid understanding of game development processes and video game technologies
• Strong communication, collaboration, presentation, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using project management tools and processes
• Creative problem-solving abilities within a team environment to produce AAA gaming products

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master or similar professional qualifications
• Experience working directly with external development teams and publishers
