Associate Producer, Photo & Video Production

Responsibilities

• Support shoot planning to deliver high-quality campaign content on time and within budget
• Coordinate all elements of campaign shoots, including bookings, travel, and logistics
• Manage the execution of campaign shoots and their post-production workflows
• Oversee the administrative, legal, and financial components of production projects
• Provide an operationally seamless photo and video production experience

Requirements

• Proven experience in production (agency or in-house preferred)
• Strong skills in photography, videography, and project management
• Ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• Commitment to quality and delivering results that add value to the business
• Strong organizational skills to manage complex logistics and budgets
