About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day production needs of NFL Media
- Edit high-end video material including player highlight packages, podcasts, creative features, long-form shows and social clips
- Edit audio podcasts and publish shows to audio hosting platform
- Work with producers and researchers to create, proof and run live on-screen graphics
- Operate vMix Live Video Streaming Software
- Ensure content meets NFL Media’s high-quality editorial standards
- Formulate and pitch ideas for show elements and segment topics
- Adhere to established production schedules to meet deadlines
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a related field
- Strong NFL knowledge (present day and historical)
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
- Experience with vMix or other cloud-based production tools
- Knowledge of live studio-related production technologies and multi-platform workflows
- Experience with video encoding platforms and tools
- Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and late nights
