Responsibilities

• Book and confirm all production logistics: locations, crew, vendors, rentals, props, transportation, and accommodations
• Own the production calendar and keep scheduling on track across every phase
• Track the production budget and handle vendor payments and expense reconciliation
• Onboard crew and communicate call times, schedules, and shoot-day details
• Coordinate equipment rentals and gear needs with the Lead Producer
• Stay on top of every open item and follow up to make sure nothing falls through the cracks

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in production coordination or associate producing, preferably in video or digital content
• Proven systems for tracking multiple moving pieces and logistics
• Professional and confident communication with vendors, crew, and talent
• Proactive problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with production budgeting software or tools
• Existing network of vendors, crew, or location contacts in Los Angeles
