Associate Procurement Agent

Responsibilities

• Oversee purchasing activities for direct materials to ensure cost-effectiveness and high quality
• Drive and monitor RFQ closures to approved vendors
• Manage timely receipt of materials, expediting, and supplier relationships
• Own supplier payments, stock transfer orders, and return material authorizations
• Track and report key functional metrics to improve process effectiveness
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation
• Maintain data accuracy and hygiene within SAP
• Support supplier identification, onboarding, and localization efforts
• Provide inputs to IT teams to enhance the procure-to-pay process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of related experience in the supply chain domain
• Hands-on experience with the Procure-to-Pay process in SAP MM
• High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in the aerospace industry
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Proven soft skills with a proactive attitude in a global business environment
• Hands-on experience with various procurement platforms and tools
