Associate, Private Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Support the origination of new private equity infrastructure investments through underwriting and due diligence
• Execute financial modeling, asset-level due diligence, and the drafting of investment committee materials
• Manage existing portfolios by responding to inquiries, preparing board materials, and addressing valuation and accounting deliverables
• Assist in screening and structuring limited partnership commitments with external infrastructure fund managers
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on the existing infrastructure portfolio, including market research and risk analysis
• Monitor performance of existing investments and maintain regular communication with sponsors and investment partners
• Research macro and portfolio trends, regulatory policies, and legal frameworks to drive investment goals

Requirements

• 2+ years of institutional investment, private equity infrastructure, or project finance and valuation experience
• Strong financial modeling experience using MS Excel
• Prior investment experience specifically with infrastructure or energy assets

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or CFA designation
• 3+ years of institutional investment or private equity experience
• Broad industry experience in sectors such as power, transportation, or renewable energy
• Familiarity with project documents, service agreements, and joint venture agreements
• Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, and financial statement analysis
