Associate, Private Equity Secondaries

Responsibilities

• Evaluate investment opportunities through detailed due diligence, industry research, benchmarking, and financial modelling
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on buyout, growth, and other private equity limited partnership interests and underlying companies
• Prepare and present investment recommendations to committees and the broader investment team
• Support the investment team in transaction management and the monitoring of existing investments
• Build industry relationships by engaging with fund sponsors and advisors, and attending conferences and sponsor meetings

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in private equity secondaries, investment banking, private equity, or principal investing
• Advanced financial analysis, modelling, and presentation capabilities
• Strong academic record and demonstrated leadership skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in collaborative, fast-paced deal teams
