Associate Private Client Advisor

Responsibilities

• Partner with Private Client Advisors to coordinate and deliver investment products to Mass Affluent clients.
• Assist in managing client relationships, service delivery, and needs-based sales production within a branch environment.
• Engage with licensed and non-licensed branch personnel to identify new investment referral opportunities.
• Utilize a consultative sales process to provide comprehensive financial solutions and investment products.
• Support the growth of year-over-year revenue by working the book of business and closing referrals through financial planning.
• Build strong partnerships with Retail Branch Managers and Centers of Influence to drive business.
• Participate in branch huddles, debriefs, and in-person client service activities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE) license.
• FINRA Series 7 license.
• FINRA Series 66 or Series 63 and 65 licenses.
• Resident State Insurance Licenses (Life, Variable, and Accident/Health or Life & Disability).
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive to multiple locations if required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in financial services or a related field.
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.
