Associate Principal - SAP

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP EWM projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
• Provide functional expertise and guidance to the team, specifically regarding EWM and its integration with QM/PP modules
• Conduct requirement analysis, design, and configuration activities for EWM solutions
• Ensure effective communication and coordination with clients to understand unique business needs
• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Participate in pre-sales activities and contribute to proposal development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP EWM with a strong focus on S4 Hana implementations
• Demonstrated experience leading EWM projects, including at least 2-3 full life cycles
• In-depth knowledge of EWM functionalities and integration with QM and PP modules
• Proven ability to work in client-facing roles, preferably within an onshore-offshore model
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP EWM certification is highly desirable
• Experience managing complex projects independently
