About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, scope, and implement the Dragos Platform in customer environments
- Collaborate with Sales and Solution Architect teams to understand customer use cases
- Work with client teams on network architecture, sensor placement, and integrations
- Tune and optimize the Dragos platform to meet customer objectives
- Develop content and foundational workflows based on client use cases
- Monitor platform health and coordinate upgrades, patches, and configuration changes
- Provide knowledge transfer, training, and troubleshooting support
- Communicate product roadmaps and solicit client feedback
- Coordinate with Intel and Threat Hunting teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of ICS/OT experience
- Strong knowledge of IP networks, OSI model, Purdue model, and ICS protocols
- Experience with Linux command line, Docker, and scripting languages (Python, Shell)
- Experience with SIEMs
- Experience managing on-premise and cloud software solutions for Enterprise
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
