Associate Principal - Program & Project Management

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale, multiple cloud transformation and migration projects within the cloud practice.
• Oversee project schedules, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive major IT projects by managing multiple priorities and holding cross-functional teams accountable.
• Plan and manage diverse stakeholders, including clients, offshore teams, and internal leadership.
• Manage project governance, including regular status reporting, weekly cadence reviews, and cost variance tracking.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the lifecycle of cloud transformation projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in cloud transformational consulting and migration projects.
• Proven track record of executing large-scale cloud migrations, integrations, and transformations.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure, including virtualization, compute, storage, and networking.
• Expertise in managing complex stakeholder relationships and handling escalations.
• Degree in BCA, MCA, BE, BTech, or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Management.
• Proficiency with project management tools like ADO (Azure DevOps).
• Technical familiarity with Azure Cloud, databases, and public cloud environments.
