Associate Principal Product Manager, Commerce

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end software product development cycle from discovery to shipping features
• Build product strategies and convert them into actionable initiatives and prioritized backlogs
• Provide functional feature specification documentation, visuals, and other technical artifacts
• Align with Business, Legal, Marketing, and Engineering teams to transform concepts into player-first features
• Leverage reporting systems to monitor software performance and influence prioritization
• Act as a domain expert in commerce platform technologies and gaming industry monetization strategies

Requirements

• 12+ years of technology product management experience
• Experience with large scale user-facing software platforms
• Proficiency in conducting product and player research
• Expertise in leading initiatives from inception through implementation
• Ability to translate complex problems into practical solutions in ambiguous environments
• Experience documenting functional requirements and software specifications
• Experience preparing and presenting reports to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the video game industry
• Knowledge of commerce systems, subscriptions, and digital storefronts
• Experience with A/B testing for storefront design and conversion rates
• Certified Scrum Product Owner or similar certification
• Passion for Rockstar Games titles
