Associate Principal, Non Profit Advisory

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of advisory engagements, including program design, scale-up, MEL, and strategy development
• Translate ambiguous client problems into clear hypotheses, workplans, and analytical frameworks
• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic non-profit accounts, building trusted relationships with founders, CEOs, and boards
• Drive business development by identifying prospective clients and developing problem-led proposals
• Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring high-quality outputs and professional growth
• Represent the company in external forums, roundtables, and workshops to strengthen market position

Requirements

• 14–16 years of relevant experience in consulting or the impact sector
• Proven experience working with senior leaders in the impact ecosystem, specifically non-profits and funders
• Demonstrated track record of leading complex consulting engagements or building strategic partnerships
• Extensive experience in team management and mentoring multi-disciplinary professionals
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous challenges
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
• Strong commercial orientation with experience in business development and proposal writing
