Associate Principal - Long Term Asset Allocation

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of long-term macroeconomic outlooks, investment scenarios, and market narratives
• Conduct research on secular trends and asset class developments to assess implications for strategic asset allocation
• Support the development of forward-looking return, risk, and correlation assumptions across public and private markets
• Assist in the design, analysis, and stress testing of strategic asset allocation frameworks and portfolio construction methodologies
• Prepare investment research, presentations, and memoranda to communicate insights to internal stakeholders
• Undertake ad hoc research and quantitative analysis to support broader investment strategy decisions

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in asset allocation, investment strategy, macroeconomic research, or portfolio construction
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline
• Strong understanding of macroeconomics and its implications for financial markets and investment portfolios
• Proven experience conducting independent market and investment research
• Strong quantitative analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex investment insights

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA designation
• Postgraduate qualification
• Familiarity with AI-enabled research tools and emerging applications of artificial intelligence within investment management
