Associate Principal Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Maintain brand visual standards and build design systems, including guidelines, components, and patterns, to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Lead end-to-end creative projects across web, mobile, and marketing campaigns, from initial concept to final launch.
• Research and develop design concepts, presenting the strategic thinking behind visual choices to product, marketing, and leadership teams.
• Manage and mentor a small design team, providing coaching, feedback, and maintaining high quality standards for all output.
• Oversee holistic design quality for product interfaces, illustrations, brand materials, and campaign visuals.
• Innovate design workflows and systems to improve team efficiency and scalability.
• Act as a strategic design advocate in leadership meetings, aligning design decisions with business goals like revenue and user retention.

Requirements

• 9+ years of hands-on visual and brand design experience, specifically within the tech or SaaS sectors.
• Proven track record of managing or leading designers and owning project outcomes.
• Deep expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to defend design decisions to leadership.
• Experience building and evolving scalable brand identities, logos, and web experiences.
• Ability to manage projects end-to-end, from discovery through delivery, with a structured approach to prioritization.
