About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of integrated client programs for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients, including pre-launch planning and post-launch operations
  • Leverage real-world data assets (claims, sales data, market access) to drive strategic commercial recommendations
  • Lead internal engagement teams to develop insightful analyses and effective strategic recommendations
  • Drive business development efforts, including SOW development and proposal creation for new projects
  • Manage and coach junior team members while serving as a subject matter expert
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and external experts

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in business, statistics, economics, or a related field
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience
  • Background in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
  • Proven track record in leading data and analytics engagements within the healthcare industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client influencing skills
  • Deep understanding of pharma industry data assets such as medical/Rx claims and formulary data

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or MD)
  • Experience at a top global management consulting firm
  • Experience in Commercial Operations or Pharma Operations
  • Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Snowflake
  • Experience optimizing sales force effectiveness, segmentation, targeting, and incentive compensation design
